Keeps getting better

I am sore. This working out everyday thing. I guess I am not used to it anymore. But, it's part of the process. My medicine has been dropped down slightly but I am still very sleepy.

On Thursday I planned to swim in the am. Went to bed at 10:30 which was not great, but ok. Set my alarm for 5:00am and...I wake up after 7:00. Great! Well, at least I got some sleep in. So, I have to squeeze in some working out in after work. It hot out and I am going to run with the dogs...ok, I'll wait a few. Then talk on the phone for awhile. Then it's 7:30! Yikes! I squeeze in 3 miles with the dogs and then head over to the Y and do my running drills on the grass. Then on in to swim. I don't feel like swimming, but, just do it Princess! Ok, in the pool. I chat with Genine for a few mins, then start it up.

100 kick
200 pull
100 kick
8x50 w/ :10 rest-25 drill, 25 swim, work on one arm drills mostly cause my left arm needs help
6x75 building by 25 w/ :15 rest
I really don't want to swim anymore...but talk myself into finishing the workout.
4x300 on 6:00 (lotsa rest), 1,3 go hard 150 and hold on, 2,4 negative split
well...I kinda drifted off after the hard 150's and just started going easy...the negative split ones were better
then I guess I missed the 100 easy I was supposed to do
2x25 on :25 all out
And was asked to get out of the pool because it was closing
no cool down :(
Just when I had convinced myself I was going to finish the full workout. Oh well.

Tired again this morning. And sore! But starting to feel a little less groggy and no nausea! I biked an hour easy after work. It was so nice and beautiful out. I took the dogs for a nice walk and enjoyed the weather and all the silly things they do. I love taking them for walks and not having to rush to get anywhere, just letting them take their time to sniff things and stalk birds and squirrels and say hi to other dogs. I went to the store and stocked up on food for workouts the next couple days. And Frosty Paws for the dogs. I want to get my workouts done, get lots of sleep and get a few things checked off my organization list. Lots of resting and relaxing :)

I've been less stressed at work lately too. Possibly cause the chief actuary is on vacation. And also I'm just trying not to be so hard on myself. I also noticed that things that used to bother me, don't anymore. It used to really bother me when my coworkers complained about their work. I have been able to hear them complain and not let it affect me or my mood. Yay!
