It has been a bear of a week so far! Thankfully tomorrow is my work Friday! I don't even remember much about Monday.
I swam. I remember that. I think I got to the pool at 6:45, so I must have been at work lateish. I was tired, but I swam ok.

400 neg split (I think I read this wrong in workout and was supposed to neg split 200's) rest :30

Then Todd showed up for masters swim (that's how late I was there!) and I started talking to him, and got cold and got out. Don't stop to talk until you finish you workout silly goose!

Now I remember why I forgot Monday. The coffee machine was broken at work and I couldn't make my chai lattes. I had to make an emergency trip to Starbucks. It was a rough day. Out of desperation, I drank warm Pepsi.
Tuesday was a long stressful day at work. I ended up staying at work until almost 8 pm. And didn't get my workout done. I was tired. But there was a replacement coffee machine.
Today was stressful again. Freddy and I carpooled and he got me a chai latte and the perfect oatmeal from Starbucks. He is the best carpool buddy ever! I work work worked and didn't even eat lunch til 3. I probably would've stayed later if I didn't have Freddy waiting for me. Carpool buddies are great :) I was mentally not up for staying at work. My brain was fried. Sometimes you don't do much good when you are at that point. But it is hard for other people to understand that.
Freddy dropped me off at the pool at 7ish and I had a swim to do. Lots of short faster stuff.

My left arm feels very tired. Lats and triceps. Maybe, this means I am using my left arm more in my pull. Hopefully it doesn't mean I am doing something really funky.
I am looking forward to the weekend. And having some days off. And getting out of town! And vegging out. I am not so nervous about the race. More so about taking apart my bike and putting it back together.

It's almost Friday! I do like carpool buddies. I had one when I was in school, but now that I'm working, it's just a long road to work by myself :(
