Hi from FL! It is warm and humid! I am waiting for my burger and salad so not going to write too long. Then once I am fed I have to got through the task of reassembling my bike. But first:
I TOOK APART MY BIKE ALL BY MYSELF FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER! YAY ME!!!!
Also, yesterday would have been Mark and my 4th wedding anniversary. I thought I would be sad. Last year I felt sad and conflicted and didn't feel like celebrating. This year I felt good. I went shopping and bought myself some nice new things. Yay for progress!
I worked a lot in the 4 days this week. I was stressed. I didn't work out Thursday. I did a 30 min run and a 30 min bike today even though it was a day off. 3 days off this week seemed excessive.
I smiled lots and was friendly to all the people at the airport. It felt good. I only paid $20 for my bike at Jet Blue!!!! Wahoo!!!!
More tomorrow, burger time, and then...the dreaded bike.
